Throat Seal Liquid (TSL) prevents paint and coatings from drying onto the displacement rod and packings, extending the life of the pump.
Good maintenance extends the lifespan of your unit. TSLâ„¢ and Pump Armorâ„¢ are two fluids you can use to ensure long term proper operation of your pump and unit.

How to apply TSL:
Unscrew the casing and flood the piston. This lubricates the top package and coats the pump.
TSL can also be used to indicate wear. You can identify wear when you see pigment from the material in the oil. Once you see this, rather than ignoring it until you have paint spilling out over the top of your pump, adjust the castellated nut on the top and squash the packing down. This also extends the life of the packing, so you continue to get the most out of your packing.
Best machines to use with TSL:
TSL works with most spray machines, with the exception of the Ultra and Ultramax handheld guns and GX21 and Graco GXFF.
